Access Errors Due to 3rd Party Outage

    All Aidium services have returned to normal.

    At 2:50 PM CDT on October 9th, 2024, Aidium users experienced intermittent login session errors. These were due to an intermittent outage for a third party service, and were resolved by 3:40 PM CDT.

These were due to widespread outages affecting third party services. Email integration services were fully recovered by 2:45 PM CDT, and page loading errors were resolved by 6:15 PM CDT.
