All Aidium services have returned to normal.

At 2:50 PM CDT on October 9th, 2024, Aidium users experienced intermittent login session errors. These were due to an intermittent outage for a third party service, and were resolved by 3:40 PM CDT.

At 9:00 AM CDT on October 9th, 2024, Aidium users experienced intermittent page navigation errors. These were due to widespread outages affecting third party services, and were resolved by 12:00 PM CDT.

Our third party provider reports that a fix has been deployed to resolve the intermittent outages. Aidium performance should return to normal. We'll continue to monitor for further issues or updates.

At 12:30 PM CDT on October 8th, 2024, Aidium users experienced intermittent page navigation errors and email integration issues. These were due to widespread outages affecting third party services. Email integration services were fully recovered by 2:45 PM CDT, and page loading errors were resolved by 6:15 PM CDT.

Our third party provider reports that the issues appear to be resolved, and Aidium performance should return to normal. We'll continue to monitor for further issues or updates.
